STEVEN J. KELLEY:

Steve, in addition to being a partner in HRT Associates, is a successful entrepreneur who began working for himself when he was 19 years old, some one hundred years ago. He owns several small businesses including;

• Conflict Specialists & HRT Associates - Human Resources Training & Consulting
• KC Real Estate - real estate development company
• Specialty Casings Designs - a manufacturing company
• Solid Construction Co. Inc., a construction company

He is a graduate of Boston College High School, has completed the Harvard Program on Negotiation’s Mediation and Negotiation Courses, and has a Masters Degree in Management from Cambridge College.

Among Steve & Stephanie’s clients are Children’s Hospital, Wireless Communications (Nextel) and Manning Software. His real estate development company has received several citations for his “Downtown Revitalization Efforts” in depressed commercial areas. Steve recently received a Leadership Award from Norfolk County District Attorney Bill Keating for his 4-year, volunteer effort as Project Manager responsible for building the Norfolk Advocates for Children new advocacy center in Foxboro, MA.

At Cambridge and Curry Colleges Steve teaches Leadership Models, Entrepreneurship, Conflict Management, Negotiation, Effective Listening, Communication, Classroom Discipline for Teachers, and Storytelling. Steve is an avid reader and mountain biker, and believes, as Isaac Newton said, “If we accomplish great things, it is because we have stood on the shoulders of giants.” His two proudest accomplishments are the development and ongoing support of his two sons, David and Philip along with twin grandchildren Chloe and Cam. Steve lives in Sharon with his wife Susan who is a Physician Assistant here in Boston area.
