ABOUT US:

Conflict Specialists Company is a private consulting company specializing in leadership and conflict management training. The idea for Conflict Specialists grew from Stephanie and Steve’s continued interest in how conflicts, once started, seem to exert inordinately-damaging control over each of the participant’s decision-making in a conflict event. In the events we have observed and experienced in our own lives (yes, we are both practitioners and the practiced), poor behavior, poor communication, and confusion needlessly occur during conflict. Through Conflict Specialists Company trainings, we share awareness of how effective leadership in conflict situations changes people’s mindsets and frames about conflict, especially when efforts focus on improving conflict management skills and enhancing the communication between the conflict partners.
